  • Customers are advised to report agent-related issues to the https.in support team during Business Hours. Resolution, however, is not guaranteed.

Important: https.in expressly disclaims all liability for issues arising from third-party ACME agent failures. The Customer acknowledges that third-party agent reliability is outside the Company's direct control and agrees not to hold https.in liable for any such failures.

4.7 Environment Compatibility

The AutoCert Automation Tool is designed to be compatible with widely used server environments, operating systems, web servers, and control panels. However:

  • Compatibility with every possible server environment or software stack cannot be guaranteed.
  • If a Customer's environment is confirmed by the https.in technical support team to be unsupported, https.in will process a full refund of the AutoCert Premium Support amount only. The SSL certificate purchase is not refundable under this provision.
  • https.in is not responsible for infrastructure changes made by the Customer or their hosting provider that render a previously supported environment incompatible.

Tip: Customers are strongly advised to check environment compatibility with the https.in support team before purchasing AutoCert Premium Support if they are unsure of their environment's compatibility.

5. Pricing, Currency, GST, and Invoicing

5.1 Dynamic Pricing — Currency Based on Customer Location

https.in operates a dynamic pricing system. The currency displayed and charged at checkout is automatically determined based on the Customer's billing location:

Customer Location Currency GST Applicable?
India Indian Rupees (INR) Yes
Outside India (International) US Dollars (USD) No

Note: Misrepresentation of location to avoid GST is a violation of these Terms. https.in reserves the right to verify the Customer's location. Exchange rates for USD pricing are determined by https.in and may vary. https.in is not responsible for any foreign exchange fluctuations or bank charges incurred by international customers during payment processing.

5.2 GST — Applicable to Indian Customers Only

  • GST is levied only on purchases made by customers with a billing address in India, in accordance with the CGST Act, 2017 and the IGST Act, 2017.
  • GST will be charged in addition to the displayed INR price unless explicitly stated as inclusive.
  • Customers are advised to provide their GSTIN at the time of purchase to receive a GST-compliant B2B invoice.
  • International customers will NOT be charged GST and will receive a USD invoice without GST. These transactions are treated as exports of services under the IGST Act, 2017.
  • A separate invoice will be issued for AutoCert Premium Support to facilitate TDS and GST compliance (applicable to Indian customers only).

5.3 General Pricing Terms

  • https.in reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of a confirmed Order will be honoured.
  • International customers may be subject to bank-level foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges. https.in is not responsible for such charges.
  • All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes, duties, or levies in the Customer's jurisdiction outside India. International customers are solely responsible for any such taxes in their home country.

6. Store Credits

6.1 What Are Store Credits?

Store Credits are a digital balance maintained within a Customer's https.in account. They are created when a refund is processed as Store Credits (instead of being returned to the original payment source), and may be used to pay for future purchases on https.in.

6.2 How Store Credits Are Issued

  • An approved refund for an SSL certificate is issued as Store Credits.
  • An automatic refund is triggered under the No Issuance Attempt scenario (see Refund and Reissuance Policy).
  • https.in may, at its discretion, issue promotional or goodwill Store Credits for specific scenarios such as service disruptions or marketing programmes.

Store Credits are not sold or purchased directly. They are earned only through the mechanisms described above.

6.3 Use of Store Credits

  • Store Credits may be applied toward any future purchase of SSL certificates or AutoCert Premium Support on https.in.
  • Partial use of Store Credits is permitted. A Customer may use a portion of their available Store Credit balance and pay the remaining amount through another payment method.
  • Store Credits cannot be combined with certain promotional discount codes unless explicitly permitted at the time of the promotion.

6.4 Expiry of Store Credits

Store Credits have a validity period of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date they are credited to the Customer's account. After this period, unused Store Credits will expire and become permanently inaccessible.

Important: Expired Store Credits cannot be reinstated, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances. https.in will not be liable for any loss arising from the expiry of Store Credits. https.in will send email reminders before Store Credits are due to expire; however, non-receipt of a reminder does not extend the validity period. It is the Customer's responsibility to track the expiry of their Store Credits.

6.5 Withdrawal of Store Credits to Original Payment Source

Customers who wish to withdraw their Store Credit balance back to their original payment source may request a withdrawal. The following transfer charges apply:

Transaction Type Transfer Charge
INR Transactions INR 300 or 5% of the withdrawal amount + applicable GST, whichever is higher
USD Transactions USD 10 or 5% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is higher

  • Transfer charges are deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.
  • Processing timeline: 7–10 Business Days after the withdrawal request is confirmed.
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Customer's account portal or by emailing accounts.team@adwebtech.com during Business Hours.
  • https.in reserves the right to verify the Customer's identity before processing withdrawals.

6.6 Non-Transferability and Non-Cash Nature

  • Store Credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be gifted, assigned, or sold to another customer.
  • Store Credits do not constitute legal tender or currency and have no intrinsic monetary value outside the https.in platform.
  • Store Credits are account-specific and will be forfeited if the associated account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
  • Store Credits are not subject to interest and do not accrue any returns.

6.7 https.in Rights Regarding Store Credits

https.in reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Store Credit programme, including expiry periods, withdrawal charges, and eligible products, with reasonable notice to Customers.
  • Suspend or cancel Store Credits if they are found to have been obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
  • Discontinue the Store Credit programme entirely, in which case Customers with unexpired credits will be given a reasonable window to utilise or withdraw their balance.

7. Order Placement and Confirmation

An Order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation (email or system-generated receipt) from https.in. Acknowledgement of an Order does not constitute acceptance until payment is verified.

https.in reserves the right to cancel an Order at any time before confirmation for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud, and will refund the full amount paid.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the SSL certificate has been issued/activated by the CA.
  • Once the certificate is issued, cancellation may not be possible, and the standard Refund Policy will apply.
  • AutoCert Premium Support cannot be cancelled independently once purchased and activated, except in the case of environment incompatibility as described in Section 4.7.

To request a cancellation, write to contact@adwebtech.com during Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST). In the event of a valid cancellation before certificate issuance, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 (fifteen) Business Days from the date of the confirmed cancellation, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
