However, as browser rules and cybersecurity best practices require that a domain name and the associated organization/domain owner are validated every year, we shall be issuing a new SSL certificate on each anniversary of the subscription term. Our automated alerts accompanied by our customer service and technical support teams will ensure that every renewal is seamless. We shall remind you of the process at least 30 days in advance of this anniversary date.
Please do note that the 30 days cancellation and refund policy is only applicable on the original date of purchase of the SSL certificate and after that period no refunds are possible for the remainder of the subscription. The only flexibility available is a change of domain name and or organization name when the SSL certificate is re-issued / re-validated on the anniversary.
